Shipping policy

We always pack the crystals with love and care.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process a transaction.

Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out.  If you entered the wrong address, contact me immediately at messageportal33@gmail.com or on Instagram @portal__33.  I ship packages out very quickly.  If your package has already been sent out, it will be on its way to the address you entered.  In this case, you will need to contact your local Post Office to see how they can help you.
