Refund policy

 

We accept returns or exchanges only from the United States.  We must be contacted from the buyer within 7 days of purchase to return or exchange an item.  The item must be returned within 14 days to be given a refund.  All shipping costs to return the item must be paid by the buyer.  We will not pay the return shipping costs.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Entering the Wrong Address at Checkout
Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out.  If you entered the wrong address, contact me immediately at messageportal33@gmail.com or on Instagram @portal__33.  I ship packages out very quickly.  If your package has already been sent out, it will be on its way to the address you entered.  In this case, you will need to contact your local Post Office to see how they can help you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping again.

 

 

Missing Packages
Packages are no longer our responsibility once our local Post Office has scanned them and taken them in to their possession.  If the package says it was delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local Post Office.  It is possible that an incorrect address was put in during Checkout or that a family member may have picked up the package for you.  Occasionally, the packages will say delivered a few days ahead of the actual delivery and the Post Office may be able to help you track the package to see if it is still on its way to you.  You may contact me at MessagePortal33@gmail.com with your order number to see if I am able to assist.  A claim may need to be filed.  I recommend choosing Priority Mail shipping at checkout to have an easier time tracking packages and additional Insurance Coverage (up to $100).

 

 

Customs and Import Taxes
The buyer must pay all custom fees and import taxes.  We will not be responsible for paying any of these.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
